Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0) to define strategic opportunities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Present tech strategies to stakeholders via data-driven visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Drive partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies or innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market launch
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Pro)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Mapping, System Dynamics)
- Prior work with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
