- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, decentralized networks) to identify competitive advantages
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups for technology incubation
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Champion ethical technology adoption frameworks balancing innovation with societal responsibility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching at least two 2025+ technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tiered journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
