Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for futuristic technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable business applications
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching futuristic technologies to market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
