Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-focused technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and prepare adaptive business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks and technology forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects for breakthrough technologies
- Drive cultural transformation to foster an innovation-first mindset across the organization
- Monitor global technology policies and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends into strategic insights
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong network within the global technology ecosystem (startups, academia, VCs)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT ID) a plus
