Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech development
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite and government bodies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
