Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-month commercialization cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities with $50M+ market potential
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and CTO Council
- Manage $5M innovation budget for pilot programs and technology incubation
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience building innovation pipelines from concept to market launch
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for future technologies
- Strong network with venture capital and academic research institutions
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making with complex tech ecosystems
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
