- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling innovative solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology visions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Foster strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and budgets
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) preferred
