Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and exponential growth patterns
