You'll shape our strategic vision for quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, and immersive experiences while ensuring alignment with sustainable business practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis of emerging tech trends
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, Web3)
- Create frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CDIO) preferred
