Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/biotech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience managing remote global teams across 3+ timezones
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
