Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate strategic acquisition targets
- Design and oversee proof-of-concept initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with ROI projections and risk mitigation frameworks
- Maintain competitive intelligence ecosystem through patent analysis and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record in commercializing frontier technologies (AI/quantum/IoT convergence)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, patent analytics)
- Credibility with C-suite executives and ability to translate complex concepts to strategic action
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or industry keynotes)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data visualization tools
