Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) with commercial viability by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify white-space opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate technology adoption cycles
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
