- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Future Tech Strategy (e.g., FTSA, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
