Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive sustainable technology adoption and ESG integration in product development
- Mentor technical teams on future technology trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Certifications in technology management or innovation (e.g., PMP, CTO Academy) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
