Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for next-gen AI and biotech systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing frontier tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Experience securing $1M+ in strategic partnerships or grants
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
