Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D sprints, and technology scouting programs
- Oversee technology portfolio management, prioritizing projects based on ROI and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive role
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technologies (preferred)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
