Responsibilities
- Lead strategic analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) and their market implications through 2026+
- Develop and execute technology integration roadmaps aligning with corporate objectives and market forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to secure innovation pipeline
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and advise mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling emerging technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CISSP, or equivalent)
