Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or blockchain
- Experience presenting to C-suite and securing multi-million dollar budgets
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Certification in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Qiskit, Rigetti)
