Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in tech adoption cycles
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Expertise in scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption curves
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred)
