As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive trends, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead pilot implementations. You'll work in our state-of-the-art San Francisco hub, where we're building the infrastructure for the next decade of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) to identify market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps for future-focused client solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing next-gen technologies
- Create competitive analysis frameworks for emerging tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with focus on 5-year horizon planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MS/MBA in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
