Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Conduct market analysis for emerging technologies with projected 2026 adoption curves
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in patent law and intellectual property strategy
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Published research in Nature or Science journals preferred
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international partnerships
