Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify white-space opportunities
- Present technology assessments and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Quantify ROI projections and risk assessments for technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3 technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CSM) or technology foresight highly valued
