Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-24 month predictive modeling
- Lead innovation sprints for emerging tech (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent strategy development
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business growth objectives
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation deployments
- Mentor junior strategists and build cross-departmental innovation pipelines
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Forecasting
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture partnerships
