- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts affecting future technologies
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify acquisition opportunities in emerging sectors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies required
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, or synthetic biology)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
