Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market evolution

- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and cutting-edge startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing principles
- Measure and report on the ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., CSM, PMP) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
