Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, blockchain, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for experimental projects
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong background in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing principles
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technology initiatives
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO School)
