Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration by 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies through change management initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
