Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes for strategic positioning
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage vendor relationships for emerging tech partnerships and pilot programs
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and adoption success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, biotechnology, quantum computing, or advanced robotics
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Experience managing innovation pipelines from concept to market
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner TEP) preferred
