Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for technology adoption and disruption
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in technology strategy
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
