Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including AI ethics, quantum applications, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen user experiences
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with engineering teams to translate strategic visions into actionable technical specifications
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs for emerging startups
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, Blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology roadmaps or innovation frameworks
