Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives and allocate resources
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and implementation plans
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
