Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, blockchain, and biotech
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI projection for emerging innovations
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proof design principles and ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products based on future-tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
