Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) aligned with 2026 market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with high-growth potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech policy and regulatory shifts to inform strategic positioning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or emerging technology roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
