Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop and present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Drive competitive analysis and market positioning for next-gen products
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-departmental innovation
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
