- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 30% faster development cycles
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with NASA, MIT, and WHO
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor 10+ engineers through our Future Leaders Academy program
- Drive patent filings for at least 5 breakthrough technologies annually
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and IEEE global summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in exponential technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with >1,000 citations
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in EU AI Act, GDPR, and 2026 regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Security clearance for DoD/NSA collaborative projects
