- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage metrics
- Host quarterly tech symposiums showcasing emerging technologies to stakeholders and industry partners
- Coordinate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology foresight, R&D strategy, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, ICF) preferred
