Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in regulatory tech compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Tech Futures Strategy (TFS) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal innovation grants
- Fluency in Python and system architecture modeling
