Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify disruptive threats/opportunities in global tech markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption maturity
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy/innovation
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, CDMP) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences (2018-2024)
