Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum applications, and green tech initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, bio-AI, spatial computing) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and sustainability teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders using data-driven frameworks
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms for tech scouting
- Oversee prototype development and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years focused on emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions or quantum computing deployments
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong background in sustainability tech (carbon capture, circular economy systems)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in AI Ethics, Quantum Computing, or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
