Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for collaborative research
- Present technology roadmaps to the Board of Directors and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Security clearance preferred
