Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology convergence points
- Architect strategic roadmaps for human-AI symbiosis and quantum-integrated systems
- Prototype next-gen interfaces using AR/VR, haptics, and neural interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of shipping breakthrough products (portfolio required)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Bioengineering
- Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 42071 AI governance standards
- Experience with venture-scale innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate)
