Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and market trends
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions with R&D teams
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into customer experiences
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging tech in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
