- Establish partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and strategic advantage

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D with 5+ years in executive roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and decentralized systems
