Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in partnership with engineering teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Drive organizational change management for future technology integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
