Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies relevant to 2026+ market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market predictions
- Conduct deep-dive assessments of disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of technology innovators and research partners
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting implementation timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
