Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research in emerging fields
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Drive adoption of future technologies through internal pilot programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
