- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential through market research and industry foresight
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and iterative development
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing commercial applications for emerging technologies
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research communities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile development, prototyping, and MVP validation processes
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks
