- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, IoT)
- Establish partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive R&D investments in future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology lifecycle management and M&A integration
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM) preferred
