Responsibilities
- Lead market research and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with 2026 business objectives
- Conduct technology feasibility assessments and ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototype development and commercialization
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech initiatives and regulatory landscapes
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces for priority projects
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
