Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen tech adoption trends
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth models
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
